About the role

Michelin is looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian to join its international team in Warsaw. You will deal with clients from a large part of Europe, working in a new office in an attractive location under a hybrid system.

Key responsibilities

Advise customers on ordering, delivery and the complaint process
Manage customer orders and monitor their fulfilment
Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers
Register and manage customer complaints

Required profile

Fluent Italian (C1)
Good knowledge of English (B2)
Ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships
Good communication and quick adaptation to new situations

Required skills

Knowledge of IS/IT systems
