Customer Operations Representative – English & EU Language

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join its Warsaw team. The role focuses on managing the full order‑to‑cash cycle for both standard and high‑value customer orders while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Process standard and complex customer orders, guaranteeing accurate pricing and contractual adherence.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as production and distribution.
• Enter orders accurately to enable timely and correct invoicing.
• Handle complex return cases, including high‑value credits and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly, acting as the escalation point for billing, delivery, and return disputes.
• Proactively manage customer complaints to preserve loyalty.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Customer Operations, preferably Order‑to‑Cash or Order‑to‑Invoice.
• Fluent in English plus an additional EU language.
• Experience in a corporate shared‑service or GBS environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
