Credit Senior Specialist – Collections & Dispute Management

About the role

As a Credit & Collections Specialist you will join Philips’ Accounting Operations team in Lodz. You will manage and organise collections and dispute‑management activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while supporting the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, support and develop the accounts receivable process.
• Establish and maintain an overdue control and follow‑up programme for late or potentially overdue customer accounts.
• Execute the collection process for strategic customers.
• Develop and support cash‑collection procedures.
• Handle queries and resolve escalations in close cooperation with business sectors.
• Ensure compliance with internal control system (ICS) checks.
• Participate actively in the Dispute Council.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or accounts‑receivable.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Work experience with SAP.
• Background in finance, economics or business administration.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of customer master‑data processes.
