Consulting Manager – Financial Crime & Managed Services Tech

About the role

PwC Poland’s Financial Crime and Managed Services Technology team is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of innovative technology solutions for anti‑financial crime challenges. You will work with a diverse portfolio of global clients, shaping proposals, and driving end‑to‑end sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess client needs, develop commercial proposals and manage the full sales process.
• Recognise business opportunities and design tailored technology solutions, leveraging both internal and external tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal PwC stakeholders.
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional material creation.
• Develop and refine technology product and market strategies.
• Deliver professional presentations and live demos of technology solutions.
• Manage consulting project lifecycle activities, including risk management, contract negotiation, budgeting and billing.
• Lead technology projects from definition through implementation, stabilization and ongoing support.
• Potentially take on additional responsibilities such as offering ownership or coordination of organizational areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and technology advisory/consulting at a market‑leading firm.
• At least 3 years of proven client relationship building and sales or sales‑support experience for technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology solutions for large international organisations.
• Experience operating in complex, dynamic, and international environments.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) and Counter‑Funding of Terrorism (CFT) technology solutions.
• Experience with managed services delivery models.
