Consultant – M&A Operations (Deal Value Team)

About the role

PwC’s Delivering Deal Value Team is expanding to help clients unlock value throughout the M&A lifecycle. As a Consultant in M&A Operations you will support post‑merger integration, synergy assessment and divestiture projects, working closely with strategy, finance, tax and legal specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute post‑merger integration projects to achieve operational alignment.
• Identify, analyse and quantify synergy opportunities arising from mergers and acquisitions.
• Support divestiture and carve‑out initiatives, including separation planning and work‑stream tracking.
• Conduct operational due diligence, assess business risks and develop actionable recommendations.
• Prepare analyses, presentations and client deliverables that inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, structure and interpret data from multiple sources.

Required profile

• Initial experience in M&A, transaction services, consulting, corporate finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with financial and operational data.
• Good understanding of financial concepts and key business performance drivers.
• Proficiency in using AI technologies and digital tools to enhance productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
