Commercial Team Manager (English required)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team in Katowice. The role combines hands‑on management with strategic planning, ensuring the team meets commercial targets while supporting the company’s mission of turning surplus stock into sustainable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 4‑5 buyers, fostering high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee daily acquisition operations, applying a strategic yet practical approach.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse results and report findings to senior management.
• Develop and propose action plans to exceed sales and acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and commercial departments to align initiatives.
• Participate in international travel to partner offices, trade fairs and strategic events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a commercial or sales environment.
• Strong people‑orientation with proven ability to inspire, coach and develop team members.
• Result‑focused mindset, comfortable with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English (B2+) and native Polish speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
