Commercial Team Manager (English & Polish)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team in Katowice. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, coaching a small group of buyers and shaping the commercial strategy in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4‑5 buyers, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Manage daily acquisition operations with a hands‑on, strategic approach.
• Coach, evaluate and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and report results to senior management.
• Define and propose action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and other commercial functions to deliver results.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in commercial or sales environments.
• People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach and empower a team.
• Result‑focused with a strong drive for measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on attitude, working side‑by‑side with the team daily.
• Confident communicator in English (B2+) and native Polish speaker.
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
