Commercial Team Leader (English required)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Leader to manage our prospection team, drive commercial performance and shape strategy in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5‑7 trade specialists, overseeing daily operations and acquisition activities.
• Coach, evaluate and develop team members, track KPIs, analyse performance and report to senior management.
• Shape commercial strategy, propose action plans and collaborate with buying, marketing and commercial teams.
• Participate in international travel to partner offices, trade fairs and strategic events.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of leadership experience with a passion for developing people.
• Strong results orientation, hands‑on approach and ability to work side‑by‑side with the team.
• Fluent English (B2+) and native Polish speaker, comfortable in a multicultural setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
