Civil & Structural Engineer

About the role

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction is looking for a Civil & Structural Engineer to join its Kraków team. You will design and deliver civil and structural solutions for large‑scale energy and industrial projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute civil and structural engineering tasks within schedule, budget, quality and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, calculations, drawings and other engineering documents according to project and industry standards.
• Create 3D models of foundations and structures using SmartPlant 3D / Aveva 3D (E3D).
• Collaborate with process, piping, electrical and instrumentation engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Review vendor documents, resolve technical site queries and ensure compliance with HSE and quality plans.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to assess conditions and address technical issues.

Required profile

• Legally eligible to work in Poland.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and structural design for industrial, oil & gas or petrochemical sectors.
• Very good written and spoken English and ability to work in a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with STAAD.Pro, Autodesk Robot, Tekla, Smart Plant Review or Navisworks.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling tools such as SmartPlant 3D / Aveva 3D (preferred).
