Business Expert – Fraud AI

About the role

We are looking for a Business Expert to join the Global Financial Crime Prevention Platform team at Commerzbank Poland. The role focuses on shaping and advancing an in‑house fraud detection platform built on Google Cloud Platform, supporting compliance processes such as KYC, AML and sanctions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the business liaison between users, developers, data scientists and vendors, translating needs into functional designs.
• Define, analyse and document business requirements and configure solutions for development teams.
• Support the introduction of new system features, upgrades and workflow optimisation while ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, architects and stakeholders to design innovative solutions.
• Oversee operational tasks to maintain system reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and customer expectations to influence strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting compliance business processes and fraud detection initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in a dynamic, agile environment.
