Belgian Payroll Specialist (French/Dutch) – Managed Services

About the role

PwC Poland’s Human Resources and Payroll Operations team is expanding rapidly. As a Belgian Payroll Specialist you will support both domestic and international clients, ensuring accurate payroll processing while applying best‑practice methodologies and innovative technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality payroll services in compliance with legal regulations and client requirements.
• Process monthly payroll runs, validate transactions and manage salary payments through banking systems.
• Monitor payment status, resolve rejections and coordinate with third‑party providers when needed.
• Execute statutory activities such as employee registration and tax filings, or oversee their execution.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to answer queries from local authorities.
• Report payroll activities on time, escalating any risks that could affect deadlines.
• Support year‑end and other country‑specific payroll activities outside the regular cycle.
• Update and improve payroll procedures as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Belgian payroll operations.
• Fluent English (C1) and French or Dutch (B2) – both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Ability to see both detailed process steps and the broader operational context.
• Team‑player with solid organisational skills.
