Backend Engineer (Golang)

About the role

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform processes tens of terabytes of data to deliver market insights for thousands of customers. We are looking for a motivated Backend Engineer who will help build fast, reliable systems that make data easy to access and understand.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and build new features for the AppMagic SaaS platform.
• Participate in the full development life‑cycle: design, implementation, testing, and release.
• Work on parsing, data aggregation, API design, refactoring, and performance optimisation.
• Create and optimise complex database queries for analysis and modification.
• Perform code reviews and suggest tooling or process improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Go (or strong open‑source contributions).
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Commitment to writing testable, high‑quality code.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to pass technical interviews in both Russian and English.
