About the role

We’re looking for an eager and knowledgeable Product Designer to join our technical team in Warsaw, Poland. You’ll be expected to utilize bleeding‑edge technology and robust techniques while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor current code to service‑oriented architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations team members to deliver the best solution for customers.
• Solve technical problems that few have solved before, helping local businesses uniquely.
• Participate in decision‑making processes and voice ideas.
• Mentor team members, sharing passion for software and engineering.
• Improve quality, speed, and scalability of built solutions.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software design experience.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and innovative thinking.
• Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of proven design patterns.
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements.
