Associate Technical Consultant – Entry-Level

About the role

The Technical Consultant Development Program (CDP) at Veeva trains early‑career professionals to become high‑impact technical consultants for Life Sciences customers. As a customer‑facing Technical Consultant you will build, customize, and deploy Veeva’s SaaS platforms and AI solutions directly to clients. The role combines hands‑on engineering with consulting, giving you ownership of production‑ready software from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Write production code, develop custom integrations using Java SDKs and APIs, and build DevOps pipelines.
• Design backend logic, configure enterprise SaaS platforms, and execute complex data migration scripts for global life‑sciences clients.
• Develop internal developer‑facing tools that accelerate delivery workflows across Veeva Services.
• Take architectural responsibility, delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions and advancing from Associate to Consultant within two years.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming and proven academic performance.
• Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills.
• High drive, ability to thrive in an intense, fast‑learning environment.
• Integrity and commitment to Veeva’s public‑benefit mission.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Recent university graduate.

What we offer

• Starting salary of 120,000 PLN per year.
• Performance‑based salary increase after one year and participation in a bonus program.
