About the role
PwC Poland’s Digital&IPA team is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to design and deliver modern Python‑based applications powered by Generative AI. You will work on high‑performance solutions for financial sector clients, guiding architecture, documentation, and deployment while mentoring junior developers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI‑enabled applications using Python.
- Contribute to solution architecture and ensure high performance.
- Create clear, maintainable documentation and support software deployments.
- Present solutions to clients and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar AI engineering role.
- 6+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
