Account Specialist – Central & Eastern Europe & CIS

About the role

The Account Specialist will support customer accounts across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and CIS regions, ensuring accurate billing, account information, and operational processes. You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations and Customer Support teams to deliver excellent service in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding, account maintenance and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information across business systems.
• Coordinate and resolve customer, account and billing enquiries.
• Investigate invoice and billing issues with internal stakeholders.
• Produce reports and analyse account data for operational and commercial use.
• Handle contract, compliance and documentation requests.
• Monitor account activity and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient account management.

Required profile

• Experience in account administration, customer support, billing or commercial operations in a B2B setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
