Account Specialist, CEE/CIS

About the role

As an Account Specialist for the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and CIS regions, you will ensure that customer accounts are accurately maintained, billing processes run smoothly, and operational queries are resolved efficiently. You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations and Customer Support teams to deliver a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding, account maintenance and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information across CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate and resolve account, billing and customer enquiries.
• Investigate invoice issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to find solutions.
• Produce reports and analyse account data for operational and commercial insights.
• Handle contract, compliance and documentation requests.
• Monitor account activity and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in account administration, customer support, billing or commercial operations within a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
