Account Manager/Sales Agent with English (+ AR, BG, RO, or CZ)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Sales Agent to join AutoBidMaster’s International Sales Team in Warsaw. The role focuses on selling used and salvage vehicles from US auto auctions to a global B2B and B2C audience. Fluency in English and the ability to adapt pitches to diverse customers are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily leads, advising them on how to purchase cars through our platform.
• Manage the full purchase cycle, from bid advice and payment processing to final delivery.
• Grow assigned accounts and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide high‑quality support, collect feedback, and nurture repeat business.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and internal global teams.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; additional Arabic, Bulgarian, Romanian or Czech is a plus.
• Experience in car sales or strong knowledge of the US auto‑auction market.
• Excellent negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using ZenDesk.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
