Account Manager – Risk & Compliance Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Account Manager to lead strategic relationships for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping organisations mitigate risk, fraud, identity and compliance challenges while driving adoption and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships across assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Understand customers' business objectives and risk‑management priorities to position LNRS solutions effectively.
• Drive retention, engagement and solution adoption through a consultative, customer‑centric approach.
• Partner with customers to identify challenges, investigate root causes and coordinate internal resources for successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular engagement activities such as meetings, business reviews and video conferences.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including Compliance, Fraud, Risk, Operations and executive teams.
• Monitor customer health, product utilisation and engagement trends to spot risks and opportunities early.
• Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely commercial discussions and revenue retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to grasp customer business objectives and align solutions to evolving needs.
• Strong consultative communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience managing renewals, retention activities and recurring‑revenue relationships.
• Capability to identify business challenges, investigate root causes and coordinate internal resources.
