Account Executive – Warsaw (Hybrid)

About the role

The Account Executive will join LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Warsaw, working hybrid with at least two days a week in the office. You will be responsible for driving customer success, managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities within an existing portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as the main point of contact.
• Own the full renewal cycle, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals.
• Identify, qualify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Monitor account health, spot risks early and take proactive action.
• Deliver onboarding and tailored product training to new and existing users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and opportunity updates.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio and meet renewal and revenue targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, including confident phone engagement.
• Proactive, empathetic and able to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Russian.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from PLN 77,300 to PLN 143,300 per year.
• Total target cash compensation ranging from PLN 88,900 to PLN 164,800 per year.
