Student Assistant to Management – Founder’s Associate (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated university student to support the founders of an international agency that operates in branding, web development, and recruitment. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland while gaining hands‑on experience on real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, including coordination, follow‑up, and organization of tasks.
• Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials for internal and client use.
• Communicate with clients and partners in English.
• Participate in projects across recruitment, branding, and sales, taking on tasks that match your interests.

Required profile

• Active student status.
• Fluent in English and Polish; German at B1 level is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and proactive attitude.
