Server Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Server Tech Lead to own and evolve our private‑cloud infrastructure across multiple data‑centers and hybrid environments. You will act as the technical authority for server platforms, ensuring high performance, security and scalability for mission‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Guide engineering squads, mentor technical leads and define best practices for server technologies.
• Design and implement architecture strategies that address performance, security and scalability in on‑premise and cloud settings.
• Lead datacenter migrations, cloud adoption and automation initiatives, including disaster‑recovery and modernization projects.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps and Product owners to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents, guaranteeing compliance, reliability and security.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Windows Server, Linux and major virtualization platforms.
• Proven track record in designing and operating hybrid‑cloud environments using AWS and Azure.
• Strong automation mindset with hands‑on use of Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute technical tasks.
• Leadership qualities including mentoring, cross‑team collaboration and driving technical excellence.
