Senior Payroll Advisor – Austrian market

About the role

SD Worx Poland is looking for a Senior Payroll Advisor to support its Austrian market customers. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing using SAGE DPW, acting as the primary contact for labour, social and tax law queries, and ensuring smooth payroll transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle Austrian payroll accounting for multiple clients.
• Serve as the first point of contact for labour, social security and tax issues, liaising with authorities such as ÖGK and tax offices.
• Prepare personnel administration reports, evaluations and statistical analyses.
• Participate in customer projects, providing expertise to guarantee successful payroll migrations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share best practices during training phases.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Austrian payroll accounting.
• Completed payroll accounting training and strong MS Office proficiency.
• High service orientation, initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent German language skills.
