Senior Manager, Operations - Market-Aligned (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives that translate ambitious business goals into scalable programs. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people leadership, driving measurable impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic initiatives, roadmaps, and success metrics while owning program management and governance.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and people teams to align objectives, remove dependencies, and ensure cross‑functional execution.
• Analyze data to inform decisions, present clear narratives to stakeholders, and champion process improvements that accelerate growth.
• Manage budgets, risk tracking, cadences, and post‑implementation reviews to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Develop team capabilities through mentorship, performance feedback, and targeted development plans.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management, with at least 3 years in people leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional programs and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
