SAP PY Advanced Consultant

About the role

SD Worx is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll (PY) Advanced Consultant to join its SAP Application Management Services team in Warsaw. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining and enhancing SAP HR and payroll solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support within the AMS scope, handling incidents, service requests and changes.
• Configure and maintain SAP HR, Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central environments.
• Analyse business requirements, design and implement tailored SAP HCM solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver remote guidance using SAP Best Practices and support integration and system‑extension projects.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions and conduct end‑user training workshops.
• Perform feasibility studies, solution reviews and ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with global teams and technical experts to meet SLA and service‑quality targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Proven experience with SAP HR/HCM/Payroll processes and strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a dynamic environment.
