Salesforce Developer – Custom Solutions & Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team in Warsaw. You will design, build, and maintain custom solutions and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Java, and HTML.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external business systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and uphold code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise code for performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to deliver technical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, and API integration (REST/SOAP).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Logical problem‑solving ability and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Availability for a 4‑hour overlap (15:00‑19:00 Poland time) for real‑time collaboration.
