Project, Procurement & Finance Professional – Warsaw

About the role

NTU International A/S is seeking Project, Procurement and Finance professionals to support Frontex assignments in Warsaw. The role involves providing interim staff services for the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, contributing to project management, procurement and financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of EU‑funded projects for Frontex.
• Support procurement processes, including preparation of tender documents and contract monitoring.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting and reporting in line with EU financial rules.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and correspondence.
• Collaborate with EU institutions and international partners as required.

Required profile

• Relevant education in business administration, finance, economics or project management.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in a related field.
• EU or Schengen citizenship.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of Microsoft Word.
• Effective use of Microsoft Outlook.
