Production & Supply Planner – Planning Service Center (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a Production & Supply Planner to join the Planning Service Center in Warsaw, supporting the European supply network. The role ensures product availability while optimizing total delivered cost through end‑to‑end planning and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Generate an 18‑month production plan that respects capacity, provides visibility of committed capacity and aligns with factories.
• Review and confirm production requirements from the signed‑off demand plan, manage deployment plans and ensure goods reach markets to avoid out‑of‑stock risks.
• Run scenario and what‑if analyses to identify supply‑demand gaps, communicate risks and propose feasible solutions.
• Monitor inventory targets and work to reduce them without compromising product availability.
• Lead review meetings with factories and markets and collaborate with multi‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Economics; Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply, production or demand planning and at least 3 years using an ERP system.
• Fluency in English and preferably another European language.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and handling cross‑border operations.
