Mid/Senior Frontend Developer

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior across mobile, web, and gaming. As a Frontend Engineer you will not only build features but also define how they are built, taking ownership of major technical components to ensure scalability, maintainability, and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex, scalable frontend systems that remain simple and effective.
• Partner with Product Managers to co‑author requirements and shape scope, ensuring engineering feasibility early.
• Lead technical decision‑making for medium‑to‑large features and drive successful delivery of customer value.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and quality‑first habits.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, technical debt, and systemic issues across the frontend stack.
• Advocate best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Backend teams to guarantee seamless data flow and end‑to‑end reliability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with deep specialization in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Proven ability to architect complex state‑management solutions and adapt expertise across libraries such as TanStack Query, React Router, Zustand, Redux, MobX, or Next.js.
• Experience elevating peers by teaching patterns and best practices.
• Competence in writing robust unit and integration tests using Jest or Playwright.
• Deep understanding of web performance, browser internals, and optimization for data‑heavy applications.
• Product‑owner mindset: care about the “why” behind features and can push back on requirements to improve outcomes.
