Lead Software Developer

About the role

Orbus Software is looking for an experienced Full‑Stack Technical Lead to guide a skilled development squad in a fully remote setting. You will drive design and evolution of customer‑facing web applications and micro‑services for the OrbusInfinity SaaS platform, using Azure.NET 10, React, Typescript, CosmosDB, SQL and container/Kubernetes technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a squad of full‑stack developers and Automation QAs within an agile Scrum framework.
• Uphold and continuously refine engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members in modern architectural patterns, SOLID principles and OOP.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Scrum Master to shape requirements, refine user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Design and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges using C#.NET, React and Azure micro‑services.
• Contribute to AI‑driven tooling that improves the Software Development Life Cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience with C#/.NET/.NET Core.
• At least 3 years of experience with React and Typescript.
• 2+ years of agile team leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to mentor multi‑disciplinary engineers.
• Experience with AI tools applied to software development.
