Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Physitrack is looking for a mid‑senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build features across the whole stack, balance quality with delivery and work smart with agentic AI. You will work remotely from Poland, occasionally travelling to meet the team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features on both the frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js).
• Improve and refactor legacy codebases while shaping future architecture.
• Integrate and experiment with agentic AI tools in daily development.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues, the team leader and Head of Engineering.
• Occasional travel to build relationships with the team.

Required profile

• Product‑builder mindset with 3+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Solid experience with React.js, Node.js and usable CSS/HTML.
• Understanding of modern web app build pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI tools.
• Proficiency in Git workflows and good written English and Polish.
