Consultant – Programme Support (Korean & English)

About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Consultant to provide programme support for its Poland Country Office. The role will contribute to the implementation and development of activities that assist refugees and migrants, working under the supervision of the National Programme Officer and the Chief of Mission.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate programme activities and support project implementation.
- Conduct research, prepare analytical reports and draft documentation.
- Assist with partnership development and operational tasks.
- Maintain close collaboration with programme managers and relevant teams.
- Manage multiple assignments, ensure deadlines are met and provide timely updates.
Required profile
- University degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Experience in humanitarian, migration or international development programmes is desirable.
- Strong research, analytical and drafting abilities.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with programme teams.
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken).
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
