AI Engineer with Agentic Experience

About the role

Luxoft is developing an AI‑driven solution that generates investment insights from sales and research materials. The role focuses on building advanced Agentic AI capabilities to accelerate client‑meeting preparation and improve insight quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into system changes.
• Design, develop, and unit‑test functional enhancements, conduct code and design peer reviews, and identify refactoring opportunities.
• Contribute to development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement of the team’s activities.
• Produce design documentation for both client‑facing and internal audiences, and defend technical recommendations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with strong backend expertise in Python.
• Proven ability to deliver clean, maintainable, testable production code and APIs (FastAPI preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), event‑driven architectures, and observability tooling.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and technical thought‑leadership skills.
