Technical Service Administrator

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Technical Service Administrator to support its Field Service Operations team in Poland. The role focuses on transactional administrative processes, ensuring efficient response to customer needs while meeting financial, quality, and satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer and internal service requests and inquiries.
• Handle direct parts requests, including ordering and invoicing.
• Dispatch engineers, create and manage cases and work orders.
• Maintain high data integrity of the Installed Base in CRM and related systems.
• Set up new service contracts and create preventive maintenance (PM) plans.
• Renew existing service contracts and maintain billing plans in the ERP system.
• Manage master data in ERP and CRM, including material configuration, extensions, and pricing.
• Coordinate spare parts orders and receipt in collaboration with engineers and warehouse staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer and solution orientation.
• Experience in back‑office administration or customer service.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
