Manager – Specialist Sales for Test & Learn Platform

About the role

Mastercard Services is seeking a Manager to lead Specialist Sales for its Test & Learn platform. You will drive revenue growth across merchant and financial institution clients in Poland and Central Europe, leveraging data‑driven experimentation to help customers optimise pricing, marketing, distribution and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting merchants and financial institutions to secure multi‑year agreements.
• Collaborate with account management and sales teams to identify and expand opportunities for Test & Learn capabilities.
• Build a cold pipeline, convert prospects, and close platform deals.
• Communicate the value of bundling Test & Learn with other Mastercard Services such as Loyalty, Marketing and Insights.
• Partner seamlessly with Services sales and consulting teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide analytical insights and problem‑solving support to internal stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Strong communication and influencing skills; able to present to senior client audiences.
• Proven ability to drive large, complex deals and negotiate multi‑year contracts.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborative approach to work across sales, consulting and product teams.
