Clinical Account Specialist Electrophysiology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Cardiovascular team develops solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology and stroke. As Clinical Account Specialist, you will promote Biosense Webster (BW) products among current and potential customers, develop professional education for end users, collaborate with the sales team and drive business growth in your territory. The position is full-time and based in Warsaw or Lublin.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures, guiding mapping and ablation workflows in real time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the spot to keep procedures running smoothly.
• Build deep expertise in arrhythmia and 3D mapping technologies.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and tailor solutions to clinical needs.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing users.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer education and development initiatives.
• Support the long-term growth of electrophysiology centres in the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, technical, biomedical or related field preferred.
• Readiness to work mainly in a hospital environment, about 90% of the time.
• Previous cardiology or electrophysiology experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); native Polish is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Required skills

• Sales and solutions selling, sales training and account management.
• Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
• Strong relationship-building, communication and time management.

• Anticipated base pay of PLN 114,000 to 182,850.
• Annual bonus and/or sales commissions depending on performance.
