Influencer Marketing Manager (100% Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to design, launch and scale Tether’s influencer program. Working remotely, you will connect with creators and tech‑focused influencers to raise awareness of our stablecoin and broader fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and recruit influencers across social, video and developer communities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, providing them with brand guidelines and support.
• Design, execute and optimise influencer campaigns that drive engagement and adoption of Tether products.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and compliance teams to ensure messaging aligns with regulatory standards.
• Develop strategies to reach technical and developer audiences within the blockchain ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer or partnership marketing, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Passion for blockchain, digital finance and emerging technologies.

• Google Analytics or similar web‑analytics platforms.
• Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Influencer outreach and relationship management.
• Campaign planning and performance measurement.
