Therapy Development Consultant – Impella Heart Recovery

About the role

The Therapy Development Consultant will drive adoption of the Impella® heart recovery portfolio across the Poznań, Bydgoszcz and Gdańsk region. You will train physicians and hospital staff, support clinical cases and help establish Impella as a new standard of care in Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Impella and heart‑recovery therapies as the standard of care by training MDs and hospital teams.
• Manage key accounts, expand therapy penetration, and coordinate clinical activities with partners.
• Provide on‑site patient support in cath labs, ORs and ICUs, conduct after‑action reviews and collect clinical data.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to active sites, monitor usage and foster peer‑to‑peer networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 2 years of cardiovascular medical‑device experience.
• Fluent Polish and English, with proven success launching high‑value therapies.
• Existing network of interventional cardiologists and cath‑lab staff in Poland is preferred.
• Willingness to provide emergent patient care and travel extensively.
