Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its flagship store in Warsaw. You will work in a dynamic retail environment that values openness to change and fresh ideas, delivering top‑level service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in line with brand values.
• Support store management in achieving sales targets, both store‑wide and individual.
• Assist with deliveries and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Levi's image and standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to deliver outstanding service.
• Communicative, confident, and persuasive in direct customer interactions.
• Experience in tailoring or garment handling is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory handling.
