Senior Site Manager

About the role

The Senior Site Manager will act as the primary liaison between Johnson & Johnson and investigational sites in Warsaw, ensuring trial sites are inspection‑ready and compliant from start‑up through close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main local contact for assigned trial sites and manage site feasibility, qualification, initiation, monitoring (including remote), and close‑out activities.
• Implement risk‑based monitoring, ensure timely issue resolution, and maintain accurate training records and study documentation.
• Oversee site recruitment strategies, supply management, adverse event reporting, and data entry quality.
• Collaborate with Local Trial Manager, CTA, and Trial Delivery Leader to drive site performance and support process improvements.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical trial monitoring experience (3‑5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GCP, SOPs, local regulations, and therapeutic area specifics.
• Excellent communication in English and Polish, with ability to travel as needed.
