Senior Data Scientist

About the role

Join Huuuge Games' Data Science team to shape player experiences in top‑grossing mobile games. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with product, marketing and engineering to turn data into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of advanced data‑science solutions.
• Build and productionise machine‑learning models that boost player engagement and monetisation.
• Design methodology and tooling for large‑scale experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Implement state‑of‑the‑art causal inference, statistical modelling and model validation techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Define technical standards and create scalable internal tools.
• Maintain high‑quality, well‑documented code in a collaborative environment.
• Champion best practices in Data & AI across the company.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, preferably in product‑oriented, data‑driven environments.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of ML or analytics projects, from concept to production.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in statistics, machine learning and experimental design.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.

• Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, statsmodels)
• SQL
• PySpark or other big‑data tools
• Cloud infrastructure and MLOps (Databricks, MLFlow, GitHub Actions)
