SAP Developer – AI & Cloud Solutions

About the role

SD Worx is seeking an experienced SAP Developer with AI expertise to join its team in Wrocław. You will work on SAP Add‑on products, incorporate AI features, and contribute to cloud and on‑premise solutions for large European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement proprietary SAP Add‑on solutions in the HCM domain.
• Integrate AI capabilities into SAP products and extensions.
• Participate in SAP solution implementations for customers, focusing on cloud and on‑premise architectures.
• Collaborate with a team of 30 developers and testers to deliver high‑value functionalities.
• Continuously expand SAP development expertise through project work and online courses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an SAP IT department or SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• ABAP programming.
• SAPUI5/Fiori development.
• Java or JavaScript.
• SQL and relational database concepts.
