About the role

Join KONE as an Assistant Elevator Maintenance Technician, working side‑by‑side with an experienced conservator to gain the knowledge and skills required in the elevator industry. You will support technical inspections, routine maintenance, and a structured training programme that prepares you for certification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist an experienced conservator during technical inspections and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
• Perform simple maintenance tasks following detailed instructions.
• Participate in a training programme aimed at obtaining certification as a qualified Elevator Maintenance Conservator.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• Support 24/7 service operations using the latest technologies.

Required profile

• Current SEP certification up to 1 kV before starting work.
• Minimum secondary technical education in electronics, electricity or mechanics.
• Category B driving licence.
• Strong desire to develop professional qualifications and grow in the elevator sector.
• Diligent and reliable attitude toward assigned tasks.
