Payroll Advisor – German (Loga Team)

About the role

SD Worx Poland is looking for a Payroll Advisor who can handle payroll processing for German‑speaking clients. You will work within the Loga Team, applying your knowledge of payroll accounting and German language skills to deliver accurate payroll services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute payroll accounting independently, including mini‑jobs, students, temporary workers, interns and short‑term contracts.
• Maintain master and transaction data, record time, and certify payroll entries.
• Generate statistical reports and evaluations related to payroll.
• Resolve payroll tax and social security queries and act as the contact point for customers, health insurance companies and social security agencies.
• Support year‑end payroll processes and answer related questions.

Required profile

• Initial practical experience in payroll accounting and familiarity with a standard accounting system.
• Basic knowledge of wage tax and social security legislation.
• Independent, conscientious and well‑structured work style.
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent.
• Very good German language proficiency; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common MS‑Office tools.
