Operations Manager – Senior

About the role

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to coordinate cross‑functional business processes across Product, Commercial, Payments, Risk, Support, Compliance and other functions. Working closely with the Head of Project Operations, you will ensure clear ownership of priorities, manage dependencies and support project readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support the operating model together with the Head of Project Operations.
• Coordinate collaboration between Product, Platform, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Support, Commercial and other functions.
• Manage cross‑functional dependencies, action points, deadlines and ownership.
• Track readiness and progress across functions involved in key business initiatives.
• Identify blockers, unresolved risks and capacity gaps and escalate when required.
• Drive critical issues and escalations through to resolution.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists and other key process documentation.
• Collect key updates and KPIs from functional leads and provide consolidated visibility over open issues, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Provide management with a clear view of project status and progress.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Operations or a similar cross‑functional role.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Strong process management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to track risks, manage dependencies and drive escalations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on clear ownership and deadlines.
