About the role

Customs Support Group is seeking a motivated Customs Declarant fluent in Swedish to join its dynamic, technology‑driven team. You will work remotely while collaborating with customs professionals across Europe, ensuring smooth and compliant cross‑border trade.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify customs documentation in line with national and international regulations.
• Manage customs declarations and perform clearance procedures.
• Stay up to date with evolving customs regulations.
• Collaborate with customs teams across Europe to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in customs operations, including knowledge of clearance procedures.
• Strong knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with customs systems, ERP software and digital automation tools.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and adaptability to digital workflows.
• Team‑oriented communication skills.
• Residency in Poland.
