HR Master Data Management Specialist (Polish, English, Ukrainian)

About the role

Alcon is seeking an HR Master Data Management Specialist to support associates and managers across multiple countries and languages. The role focuses on guiding employees through HR lifecycle events, clarifying policies, and providing system navigation support while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process HR lifecycle changes such as employment verifications, new‑hire onboarding, employee data updates, and personnel file administration.
• Respond to payroll, HR administration, and policy inquiries via ticketing, chat, email, and document‑management tools.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects and help maintain up‑to‑date documentation, handbooks, and procedures.
• Meet Service Center service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) by delivering accurate and timely support.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.

Required profile

• Good understanding of HR operations and basic knowledge of multiple labor legislation systems.
• Fluency in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize changing tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.

Required skills

• At least 1 year of experience with Workday HR Information System.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Service Center technologies such as ticket management, knowledge bases, and document management.
